Palo Santo Busera Graveolens), meaning "holy wood" is a tree native to South America belonging to the same family as frankincense and myrrh, and has been used dating back to pre-Hispanic civilizations. The Incas are known to have used the sacred wood in rituals and ceremonies for spiritual purificarion, energy cleansing and healing.

The Ojitos Bracelet is an awakipa, a tubular weave that adorns and protects the textile edges.
