Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

To be accepted, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned with original tags and packaging

Because many of our textiles are handcrafted, vintage, or made using traditional techniques, slight variations in color, texture, and weave are part of each piece’s unique character and are not considered defects.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Many of our garments and textiles are created from carefully sourced vintage materials or are one-of-a-kind artisan works. For this reason:

• Certain limited, vintage, or custom pieces may be marked as final sale

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Easy Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges based on availability.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed

As part of our commitment to sustainability and conscious production, we encourage thoughtful purchasing and mindful returns. Every piece is created in limited quantities to honor both the materials and the artisan communities behind them.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
