Livichuco Runner n1
Runners are made in Livichuco, from the province of Avaroa, in Oruro.
Alpaca & sheep’s wool is sourced locally, washed with a local plant roots-Huari Yareta (Azorella Multifida)
Plants and insects such as the Ñaca Thola (Baccharis Incarum) and Cochinilla (Dactylopius coccus) are used in combination with oxidized metal, lemon or ashes to create a wide range of color tones.

This is a new piece - Made from sheep and alpaca wool that is hand spun. Runners are dyed with plant & insect-based dyes and woven on a pampa away (ground loom).They are all hand made, and some imperfections may occur.
